  • What is your cancelation policy?

    Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please be advised as we do have a strict cancellation policy and we ask that you make any changes or cancellations to your appointments at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled start time, this is to avoid any cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the Treatment rate. No-shows or cancellations the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment rate as well. Cancellation policy may vary on group reservations and is subject to change. Bridal appointments are subject to a 30-day change or cancellation policy as per bridal contract.

  • Check-ins and Late Arrivals

    We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you have plenty of time to get checked in. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your appointment in consideration for the next guest. Thank you for understanding.

  • Do I need a reservation?

    Staffing shortages are not allowing for walk-in appointments. We recommend scheduling your treatments in advance so we can ensure that you get the service and available time slot that you prefer.

  • What is your cell phone policy?

    To preserve the relaxing environment and privacy of all our guests we kindly ask you to refrain from phone calls and pictures inside the spa.

  • Are children allowed?

    Guests under the age of 16 for massage or facial treatments need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Use of spa facilities is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older. Guests under the age of 16 are prohibited to use the hot tub and saunas.

  • Do you have a lost & found?

    We regret that SpaVermont cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

  • Recommended Attire

    Please note that our hot tub and saunas are co-ed. Bring your swimsuit with you so you can enjoy all the amenities at SpaVermont.
